📦 Order & After‑Sales
How long does shipping take?
We ship by express air from China. Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). A tracking number will be provided.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or destinations outside the US.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also log into your account (“My Account” in the top right corner) and view your order history.
What is the warranty period?
ShimuLe comes with a 1‑year warranty. During the warranty period, any defective parts (main unit, battery, charging cable) will be replaced free of charge. Damage caused by misuse or improper handling is not covered.
What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns must be in the original packaging and the product must not show significant damage. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the return.

Is there an installation video?
Is it easy to install?
Very easy – it takes about 10 minutes. Hand‑tightening is usually enough. Use pliers or a wrench to tighten further if needed.
How do I install it?
We offer three mounting options:
1. Adhesive hook – peel, stick, wait 24 hours, then hang.
2. Nail‑free adhesive – apply adhesive, wait 24 hours, then hang.
3. Screw mount – use the included screw kit.
Do I need Teflon tape on all connections?
No. Just use the provided silicone gasket and tighten.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Does it work with any shower?
Yes. It comes with a US standard adapter (1/2″ NPT) and fits 99% of shower hoses.
How do I clean it?
Self‑cleaning runs automatically after each use, rinsing away leftover body wash and shampoo.
What about the battery?
Built‑in rechargeable battery (USB‑C). A full charge takes 5–6 hours. With twice‑daily use, it lasts about 2 months (actual battery life depends on frequency).
Does it require special body wash or shampoo?
No. It works with 99% of liquid soaps and shampoos (except those containing flower petals or large particles).
How to Adjust for a Thick, Rich Lather?
The knob at the bottom of ShimuLe lets you adjust foam concentration for a more comfortable shower experience.
Important Note: The foam density is not fixed — it depends on your home's water pressure.
How it works: Even in low water pressure conditions, simply turn the knob to the "lighter" setting — you will still get rich, creamy foam.
Minimum requirement: If your water pressure is below 1.4 kg (≈ 20 psi), the machine may not work smoothly.
💡 Tip: If foam feels too thin, check your water pressure first — then adjust the knob.
