 Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
1. From the date the customer signs for the product, the main unit enjoys 1 year free warranty under normal household use.
2. The built-in battery is covered by a separate 8-month warranty.
3. If the product is used in non-household environments (such as pet shops, barbershops, gyms and other commercial places), the warranty period of the main unit will be shortened to 8 months.
4. Shower head and water hose are consumable parts and not covered under warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage
Under normal household use, this warranty covers quality issues caused by defective materials, manufacturing craftsmanship and circuit faults, including failure to power on, no foam output, sensor failure and button malfunction.

Internal component failures that are **not artificially damaged** qualify for free repair or free replacement.

The product is rated for up to 80,000 service cycles. Performance degradation or functional failure within normal use frequency is included in the warranty coverage.

 3. Shipping Cost Policy for After-sales Service
1. For non-artificial quality problems within 1 month after delivery: All round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by the seller.
2. For non-artificial quality problems **from 1 month to 3 months after delivery: The customer bears the shipping fee for sending the item back; the seller bears the shipping fee for sending the repaired or replaced product back.
3. For after-sales repair or replacement 4 months after delivery or later: All round-trip shipping fees shall be **borne solely by the customer.

4. Warranty Service Method
Once a non-artificial quality issue is confirmed within the warranty period, we reserve the right to resolve the problem by one of the following options: free repair, replacement with the same new unit, or replacement of faulty parts.

Repaired or replaced products will continue with the original warranty period or come with an additional 90-day warranty, whichever is longer.

5. Warranty Exclusions
1. Malfunction caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, self-repair or replacement of internal parts.
2. Damage caused by improper use against the user manual, such as using strong alkaline or corrosive liquids, dry burning, and overloaded operation.
3. Artificial appearance damage including collision, dropping, scratches and shell cracks.
4. Sealing rings and other consumable accessories are normal wearing parts and not covered by free warranty.
5. Damage caused by natural disasters, unstable voltage or use of incompatible power adapters.

6. After-sales Claim Process
Please contact customer service promptly once a fault occurs, and provide your order number together with product photos or videos of the issue.

Cooperate with customer service for troubleshooting. Once confirmed as a non-artificial quality problem, follow our instructions to process repair or replacement.

Paid repair and spare parts sales services are available for products with artificial damage, expired warranty, or used in non-household environments.
