Return Timeframe
You are eligible for free returns or exchanges without reason within 30 days from the date of receiving the shower foam machine.
Beyond 30 days, unreasonable returns will no longer be accepted; only repair or replacement services are available per our warranty terms.

Product Return Conditions
1. The item must be kept brand new without artificial damage. All original packaging, user manual, shower head, water pipe, sealing ring, original accessories and free gifts must be complete.
2. Do not disassemble, modify, expose the unit to water, cause artificial collision, drop, surface damage or heavy stains.
3. Items filled with excessive liquid, used for commercial purposes long-term, or with obvious usage traces are not qualified for unreasonable returns.

Shipping Cost Policy
1. Unreasonable return within 30 days: The customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping fees.
2. Quality issue return within 30 days: We will cover the shipping fee per after-sales regulations.
3. Returns requested after 30 days, out of warranty, man-made damage or non-household use: All shipping fees shall be paid by the customer, and unreasonable returns are not allowed.

Refund Terms
1. Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
2. Refund without reason will be rejected if original packaging, accessories or gifts are lost or damaged.
3. Original delivery fees and value-added service fees are non-refundable for unreasonable returns.

Non-Returnable Situations
1. Orders exceeding the 30-day return period.
2. Products disassembled, modified, replaced with internal parts or self-repaired privately.
3. Damage from artificial drop, collision, shell breakage, water corrosion, or use of corrosive liquids improperly.
4. Consumable parts like shower heads and water pipes cannot be returned separately.
5. Products without order proof, altered serial numbers, or purchased from unofficial channels.

Return Process
1. Contact our online support first, provide your order number, real product photos/videos and state your return reason.
2. After review approval, our team will send you the return address and shipping guidelines.
3. Repack the product as required, keep the tracking number and send it to our customer service for record.
4. Our warehouse will proceed with refund or exchange after inspection and confirmation.
